What we collect
We collect the information you submit through forms (name, email, company, role, phone, and any optional attachments) and standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) needed to operate the site and reach back out.
How we use it
To respond to your demo request, send you product updates if you opt in, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.
AI & customer data
Customer data uploaded to the biz-audit.ai platform is never used to train foundation models. Documents and prompts are processed in isolated tenant workspaces and purged on a configurable retention schedule.
Security
TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, controls aligned to SOC 2 Type II. Hosted on Microsoft Azure.
